KRISTIN SLYKER

Known for building organizations, Kristin was named CEO of Vortex in July 2022, following 20 years in senior leadership at Honeywell Aerospace, where she led $500M and $800M businesses. During her tenure, Vortex has doubled in size to 1,100 employees and $300M in revenue and has seen rapid geographic expansion.

As a former Senior Leader at NBCUniversal and Viacom, Marlo has extensive experience at the intersection of business strategy, people development and high-stakes decision-making. She now acts as a strategist and executive coach to C-Suite leaders, as well as an award-winning leadership author and keynote speaker.
