The first woman to serve as the President and CEO of UNS Energy and its subsidiaries, Susan has championed efforts to promote the engagement and achievement of women in the utility industry. UNS is a company of Fortis, Inc., a leader in the utility industry in North American with 2022 revenues of $11 billion.

Named Chief Technology Officer at Slalom Consulting in October 2022, Michelle has an
impressive leadership and technical background, including Chief Information Officer at Twilio,
Interim CIO at First Command Financial Services and SVP of Software Development at TripIt.

SUZANNE PETERSON, PH.D.

As Associate Professor of Leadership, a sought-after speaker, advisor and coach to senior leaders worldwide, Suzanne focuses on leadership style, credibility and influence. She helps leaders to display a leadership style that is powerful yet likable, emphasizing the particular challenges women leaders face.

Currently the Chief Operations Officer of Iridium Communications, a global satellite
communications company and previously the Chief Operating Officer of OneWeb, Suzanne has
25 years of leadership experience. She serves as a Director of Skyworks Solutions, Inc.
