By registering, attending and/or entering the event premises of the Symposium, the Conversation Events or other events of the Arizona Women’s Leadership Forum (“AWLF”), all individuals consent to photography, audio recording and video recording and consent to their images and/or voice being reproduced, released or published in the media, webcasts, internal and external promotional materials, advertising and included on websites, social media or any other electronic reproduction of such events by AWLF. Further, all such individuals waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken or made by AWLF or a person or entity designated to do so by AWLF, and further waive any and all rights to any claim for payment or royalties, irrespective of whether a fee for admission is charged.
