Jennifer is an Organization Effectiveness and Change Management professional who has spent 20+ years serving clients across the United States in numerous industries. She now leads the Organizational Effectiveness practice for Slalom Phoenix. Before joining Slalom, Jennifer headed her private consulting firm for eight years and previously held executive positions at PetSmart and Accenture.
Jennifer is an enthusiastic people developer and mentor and has a special interest in women's leadership. She has served for 12 years on the Executive Board of the Arizona Women's Leadership Forum.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psyschology and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from Arizona State University. When not serving clients or building the practice, Jennifer is spending time with her husband and three Generation X/Millennial teens.
