As Vice President for Human Resources at Carlisle Companies, Amelia leads Carlisle's talent management and development initiatives and partners with the divisions to drive human resource related synergies, operational efficiencies and best practices throughout Carlisle. Carlisle, a $4 billion, Fortune 1000 diversified manufacturing company, moved its corporate headquarters to Arizona in 2016.
Prior to being named to her current position, Amelia served as Vice President of Finance and Administration of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies. Before joining Carlisle, Amelia was an executive at Tribune Broadcasting, a media company owning or operating 42 local television stations reaching more than 50 million households.
Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant and began her career at Deloitte & Touche.
